COVID-19 Update for Volunteers
The health and safety of our volunteers and staff is our top priority at Cliantha Research.
That’s why we have implemented the following safety protocols that you can expect to see when coming in for your study appointments.
- COVID-19 testing prior to study check-in & allergy room entry
- Screening on phone at appointment booking and prior to entry into the facilities
- Body temperature measurement upon entry into the clinic for all appointments including screening, check-in, return visits, end of study etc.
- Protective barrier at front registration desks
- Mandatory masks for staff and volunteers
- Screening of all onsite staff members
- Limited seating and staggered appointment setting to maintain social distancing
- Hand sanitizer stations, enhanced cleaning and disinfecting practices
If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you contact us prior to coming to the clinic so we can maintain a safe and healthy environment for everyone.
- Cliantha Research is continuing to monitor the relevant Public Health authorities, World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and follow their guidelines on routine practices and additional precautions for preventing the transmission of infection in health care settings. We are committed to providing you with the most up to date information as it becomes available.
