Study Purpose |
The primary purpose of this study is to find out how treatment with DM-101PX (test drug) affects nasal symptoms compared to placebo after exposure to birch pollen during a nasal allergen challenge (NAC). NAC is a procedure which involves applying a small amount of allergen (such as birch pollen) to the inside of your nose to trigger a mild and temporary allergic reaction, similar to what you might experience during the allergy season. |
Study Duration |
Study duration is approximately a minimum of 201 days and a maximum of 351 days with 15 clinic visits including screening. |
