Study Purpose

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of nasal and ocular symptom relief with the treatment of ALDP 001 (antihistamine) nasal spray. You will be exposed to ragweed pollen allergens in the Environmental Exposure Chamber (EEC), which mimics the natural exposure to allergens during ragweed allergy season, but under controlled environmental conditions.

Study Duration

Part A - 5 clinic visits over a period of approximately 42 days including screening period.
Part B - 3 clinic visits including screening over a period of approximately 11 days including screening period. Subjects from Part A will be invited to participate in Part B based on analysis of results in Part A.
