Subject Attendance Policy

Thank you for choosing to participate in a clinical research study. Without your participation our research would not be possible. We appreciate your time and effort, and hope that your experience at Cliantha Research is a pleasant one.

It is important for you to show up for your appointments on time, and for you to attend your scheduled appointments. You must call Cliantha Research at 727-362-6358 prior to your appointment time to cancel. If possible, we ask that you call a minimum of 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel.

Please Note:
If you cancel 3 scheduled screening appointments in a 6 months period, you may be eliminated from study participation for up to 3 months. Permanent removal if it happens once more.

If you fail to attend a scheduled admission/study appointment, without contacting Cliantha Research, you will be considered a “NO SHOW”. If you accumulate 1 “NO SHOWS” you may be eliminated from study participation at Cliantha Research for up to 6 Months.
